I had a great experience on Sunshine, and the dive guides were outstanding. However, we spent more time in Lembeh Strait than we thought we would because the weather to the south pushed us back into the calm waters of the strait. The food and crew on board were both good. The only problem I had was that I was given a bed that was really too little (maybe okay if you’re under 5′ tall). Some nights I elected to sleep on deck, and when others slept on deck, I was allowed to sleep on their bed. If you’re traveling alone and reserve a lower cabin, you might want to make sure you don’t get the “emergency” bed. Other than that, I would be happy to suggest the Sunshine.
