Day 1
After being greeted at the airport or hotel by the Scubaspa Zen crew, travel to the harbor and embark on Scubaspa ZEN. Enjoy a short rest and unpack. Crew introductions and boat briefings led by the Cruise Managers will be followed by a buffet-style welcome dinner at the restaurant.
Day 2
Nusa Penida offers a fantastic opportunity to dive with Mola mola (the oceanic sunfish) and manta rays, two of the most remarkable large creatures to swim within the ocean. This is not the only remarkable marine life found diving around this amazing little island. Silvertip and Grey Reef sharks often swim in the currents around Nusa Penida. Hawksbill turtles and a variety of pufferfish and lionfish are commonly encountered floating over the reef.
Day 3
Awake to the Maldivian atmosphere of Gili islands. The three Gili Islands of Trawangan, Air, and Meno, located off Lombok promise something for everyone. Turtles are undoubtedly one of the highlights of diving around the Gili Islands – both green and hawksbill species are abundant.
Reef sharks are frequently spotted, along with tuna, barracuda, trevally, and occasional passing eagle rays. There is a broad range of marine fish, most notably including, sweetlips, pufferfish, angelfish, batfish, butterflyfish, lionfish, scorpionfish and schooling snapper, fusilier, and damsels. On the rubble and sand patches lookout for odd-shaped bottom dwellers and critters.
Day 4
Awake in the east part of Lombok Island, lies a hidden paradise called Gili Kondo. When the clear waters meet the white sandy beach, and the turquoise ocean colors spells your day either to enjoy the beach or the underwater life.
Day 5
The journey continues to the east, Moyo Island famous to be diving destinations. Jump into the water to meet sharks, mantas, blue–ring octopus, pigmy…and much more. Or walk into the jungle to spot wild pigs, deers, monkeys, Cacatua, and a huge diversity of birds and butterflies. Enjoy the sunset, look at the sky, and be astonished by the beauty of the Milky Way.
Day 6
Teluk Saleh as part of Sumbawa Island is being famous for whale sharks. The activity will be starting early morning when the sun rises from the east where the whale sharks are on the active time to find a small fish for their breakfast.
Day 7
Satonda Island is the perfect place to wash a little salt off the skin and out of the hair. The water-filled caldera has created a beautiful lake nestled in the very heart of the island, just fifty meters from the beach. There is also a myth about Pohon Harapan (Hope Tree). Some say that any wish would be granted if you pray under the tree and then hang whatever you have in its branches.
Day 8
Wake next to Sangeang with its beautiful picturesque (and active!) volcano and enjoy yoga on the beach in the morning. Dive or snorkel on the magical bubble reef dive site, Hot Rocks, for an explosion of color and bubbles from beneath the black sand. Sangeang is also known for its macro life; you can find nudibranch, ghost pipefish, frogfish, and long-arm octopi at the famous dive sites of Deep Purple, Hot Rocks, The Estuary, and Bonto Bay. The dramatic volcano view will be the background of your special BBQ onboard Scubaspa ZEN. Enjoy cocktails under the clear and starry sky on the sundeck before cruising east towards Gili Lawa Darat.
Day 9
Waking in north Komodo, spend the day around the small island of Gili Lawa Darat. Tide permitting, we can prepare a beach setup here or you can spend your afternoon with a treatment selection at the spa onboard. For divers, some of the most famous dive sites in the Komodo National Park are here: Castle Rock, Crystal Rock, and Shotgun. This is one of the best places to see the majestic mantas, sharks, and maybe even dolphins. Scubaspa ZEN will voyage to Siaba Besar after dinner.
Day 10
Witness the astonishing sky and calm atmosphere of Rinca Island while practicing yoga as the sun rises. No trip to Komodo is complete without visiting the home of the world’s largest lizard. Trek the hills in the morning to spot Komodo dragons and other wildlife.
Day 11
Awake to an early breakfast onboard Scubaspa ZEN and prepare for your departure. Disembark after a farewell from the crew. We will accompany you to the airport.
The last dive of the trip will be on the final day at around 11 am. Divers are recommended to wait for 24hours before flying after the last dive.
Day 1:
Upon arrival at Komodo, you will be greeted by the Scubaspa Zen crew at the airport or hotel and transferred to the harbor to embark on Scubaspa ZEN. After a short rest and unpacking, you will receive introductions to the crew and a boat briefing led by the Cruise Managers. Day 2:
Awake in the waters surrounding Gili Lawa Darat in north Komodo, a renowned spot for diving. Here, we’ll explore some of the most famous dive sites in Komodo National Park, such as Castle Rock, Crystal Rock, and Shotgun. These sites are ideal for spotting majestic mantas, sharks, and perhaps even dolphins. You will also have the opportunity to relax on the beach or indulge in a spa treatment onboard.
Day 3:
After breakfast, we cruise to Sangeang, where the active volcano and stunning landscapes await. Enjoy yoga on the beach in the morning before diving into the magical bubble reef dive site, Hot Rocks. For macro life enthusiasts, you can explore sites like Deep Purple, Hot Rocks, and Bonto Bay, which are known for nudibranchs, ghost pipefish, frogfish, and long-arm octopi. The evening will feature a special BBQ dinner with the volcano as your backdrop, followed by cocktails under the stars.
Day 4:
Travel to Satonda Island, where the beautiful lake within the caldera offers a perfect setting to unwind and enjoy a peaceful day. Legend has it that any wish made under the “Pohon Harapan” (Hope Tree) will be granted. You can also explore the area further or relax on the beach before continuing your journey.
Day 5:
Next, we will head to Teluk Saleh, part of Sumbawa Island, famous for its whale sharks. Early morning activities will begin as we search for these magnificent creatures as they feed on small fish, offering a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
Day 6:
Continue eastward to Moyo Island, a popular diving destination. Dive into crystal-clear waters to encounter sharks, mantas, blue-ring octopus, pygmy seahorses, and more. Alternatively, take a walk through the jungle to spot wild pigs, deer, monkeys, and a wide variety of birds. Enjoy the sunset and gaze upon the Milky Way as night falls.
Day 7:
Next, wake up at Gili Kondo in Lombok, an idyllic paradise where white sandy beaches meet crystal-clear waters. Whether you choose to enjoy the beach or explore the underwater world, there is something for everyone in this beautiful setting.
Day 8:
Arrive at the Gili Islands (Trawangan, Air, and Meno), where diving with turtles (both green and hawksbill) is a highlight. The area is rich in marine life, including reef sharks, tuna, barracuda, and eagle rays. You will also encounter a variety of colorful reef fish such as sweetlips, pufferfish, angelfish, and butterflyfish.
Day 9:
The journey continues to Nusa Penida, a great spot to dive with mola mola (oceanic sunfish) and manta rays. These two majestic creatures, along with silver tip and grey reef sharks, hawksbill turtles, and a range of other marine life, make Nusa Penida an unforgettable destination.
Day 10:
Start your day in Bali with a calm morning, enjoying yoga on the beach. Afterward, dive into the warm waters to encounter the fantastic underwater life around Bali. Spend the afternoon relaxing or indulging in a spa treatment onboard.
Day 11:
On the final day, after a relaxing breakfast, enjoy some final moments onboard before saying farewell to the crew. You will disembark at the harbor, filled with memories of an unforgettable journey through some of Indonesia’s most incredible dive destinations.

The whole experience at Scubaspa Zen was great, and I had the finest time. We had a great time with the diving and the land experiences. We loved the meal on the island and Heart Lake. Everything was terrific, the personnel was great, and the boat was great. I would tell my friends to go to Scubaspa.
