Be a MemberThe Sorong-Ternate cruise creates a complex tapestry of underwater marvels, cultural interactions, and natural beauty as it sets on its marine voyage over the varied terrain of Indonesia. This journey crosses conventional lines, exploring the diverse underwater worlds from East to West and providing an immersive experience for adventure seekers and diving aficionados both.
Starting from Sorong, the journey quickly reaches the dynamic Dampier Strait, where the underwater ballet of Sardine Reef and the captivating Manta Sandy offer an enchanted opening to the aquatic trip. The path then softly moves to the enthralling Misool, where Love Potion, No Contest, and Farondi Caves call with their vivid coral gardens and varied aquatic life.
Approaching Halmahera’s western and southern domains, the trip transforms into a symphony of macro-wondering fishy encounters. Little islands in the Molucca Sea become lovely stops that beckon travel and cultural immersion. The trip ends in the historically rich Ternate, where the echoes of it linger as lifetime memories.
Every day presents a fresh chapter, a different dive location with a range of sensations from the technicolor coral gardens of Pisang Island to the exhilarating currents of Proco Island. From glass fish schools to meetings with elusive species like leaf fish and bamboo sharks, Pulau Nanas, Goraichi, and Bacan expose hidden gems beneath the surface.
Goraichi and Bacan spell with pinnacles, magnificent walls, and vivid reefs on the last stretch. With its vibrant aquatic life—including the spectacular black mantas gracing the underwater stage—the Lilai Jetty offers a grand conclusion.
The journey ends in Ternate leaves lifelong marks of amazement and astonishment. Promising a lifetime link to the splendor buried under the waves, the memories of amazing dives, cultural interactions, and the friendship created in the heart of the ocean stay. The Sorong-Ternate cruise celebrates the waters, therefore attesting to the appeal of Indonesia’s underwater worlds, not only a voyage.
