Built 2010 in the Bira area of Sulawesi, the ILIKE Liveaboard Indonesia honors the local tribe known for building strong and sturdy phinisi boats. These classic boats are made especially for negotiating the large Indonesian archipelago.

With eight totally air-conditioned cabins, each with an ensuite bathroom including a hot water shower, toilet, and sink, ILIKE welcomes sixteen guests altogether. Guests can eat in the large saloon with an open kitchen or the wind-protected outdoor seating area at the stern of the boat regardless of their choice of cuisine—indigenous or international. Thanks to the onboard membrane Nitrox compressor, the diving deck, among the most roomy on Indonesian liveaboards, lets divers select between Air or Nitrox. Guests are welcome to lounge on the large sun deck in between dives, where cool beverages and amazing sunsets wait.

Driven by two x 320HP marine engines, ILIKE visits top diving sites including Komodo, Alor, Maluku, Banda Sea, Triton Bay, Raja Ampat, and Kalimantan at an average speed of 9–10 knots around Indonesia. Traditional phinisi ILIKE Indonesia provides year-round trips around the breathtaking Indonesian archipelago. Traveling from 5 to 13 nights, itineraries cover well-known diving sites including Raja Ampat, East Flores, the Forgotten Islands, Alor, Triton Bay, and Komodo National Park. Two dive tenders for seamless pick-up and drop-off, an underwater camera setup and preparation room, a large dive deck at the front, and optional nitrox for trained divers (extra price) on board.

With just 16 guests spread over 8 cabins, ILIKE guarantees a good stay. Cabins include port openings for natural light, air-conditioning, private en-suite bathrooms, Social areas comprise an interior seating room and a nicely sized sundeck covered in loungers and hammocks—a great place to unwind between dives or sip evening cocktails against the breathtaking sunsets of Indonesia. Freshly made food, a wonderful mix of Indonesian and international tastes, is presented either in the salon with an open kitchen or the outdoor seating area sheltered from the winds.
