Be a MemberThe Lady Denok 13D12N Bitung, Sorong voyage is a real adventure cruise. It takes you on one of Indonesia’s most spectacular and complete liveaboard journeys through the Coral Triangle. This 13-day trip runs from Bitung in North Sulawesi to Sorong in West Papua, crossing the famous waters of the Celebes Sea and going via the isolated islands of North Maluku. This approach is perfect for divers who have already been to popular spots and want to view unspoiled reefs and uncommon plants and animals. The trip starts in Lembeh Strait, a muck-diving paradise known for its amazing creatures like mimic octopus and pygmy seahorses. Then it sails to the colorful coral-covered volcanoes of the Halmahera region, and finally it ends in Raja Ampat, where there are more types of fish than anywhere else. This isn’t just a tour; it’s a study in marine biogeography that you can see and do on the beautiful Phinisi schooner Lady Denok.
The Lady Denok Bitung to Sorong cruise is the best since it can get to distant and infrequently dived places that shorter trips can’t. Every day brings a new adventure, from exploring the lush volcanic slopes of the Sangihe Islands to floating down the crystal-clear cliffs of Lembah in Halmahera, which is famous for its beautiful soft coral displays and groups of hammerhead sharks. This longer time frame gives patients more time to explore, which increases the possibility of meeting real ocean wanderers and recording unusual macro life that can only be found in these specific passageways. The 13D12N route is the best way to discover Indonesia for serious underwater photographers, marine biologists, or experienced adventurers looking for the best liveaboard trip. It’s a constant immersion in the wild, unspoiled beauty of Eastern Indonesia, giving you a deep sense of adventure that few other trips can match.
