Be a MemberThe Seven Seas liveaboard 13D12N Triton Bay excursion takes you to one of Indonesia’s remaining major marine frontiers. It’s a full safari that focuses on the clean seas of Kaimana and the nearby Triton Bay Marine Protected Area. This longer tour is for divers who want to explore unspoiled reefs, remote terrain, and amazing wildlife encounters away from the throng at more popular spots. The area is known for its healthy coral, stunning underwater scenery, and the fact that whale sharks come to the bay’s nutrient-rich waters every year. This gives visitors a chance to get up close and personal with these gentle giants in a peaceful, natural setting. For more than thirteen days, you’ll dive at a variety of sites, from colorful coral cliffs covered in soft corals to hidden coves where unique macro life thrives. This area is still one of Indonesia’s best-kept secrets.
The Seven Seas liveaboard is the best way to see this faraway paradise. It takes you to the area’s most famous spots and also shows you hidden jewels that can only be reached by long trips. Dive the famous Triton Bay pinnacles, where schools of fish, reef sharks, and beautiful eagle rays swim through channels that are driven by currents. Then move on to calm lagoons where the delicate beauty of pygmy seahorses, flamboyant cuttlefish, and innumerable nudibranchs waits for the careful observer. The spacious 13-day period provides for a genuinely immersive experience, with plenty of chances to dive at night, go on sunrise excursions, and explore the area’s beautiful karst landscapes above water. This trip on Seven Seas is more than just a dive excursion; it’s a trek into the wild heart of West Papua, where adventurous divers may see one of the most pristine and biodiverse marine environments on Earth in its most natural state.
