Designed by a seasoned Italian boat builder, the Anne Bonny Liveaboard—the newest addition to the Calico Jack Charters fleet—stands out as among the most gorgeous boats in the fleet. For smaller parties, its superb lines and form effortlessly combine conventional Western sailboat principles with traditional Phinisi design, therefore offering a higher standard and boutique charter experience. From May to September the vessel runs around Komodo; from October to April it investigates Raja Ampat and related locations.
An historical friend of Calico Jack, the Anne Bonny represents the ideal harmony and complement for their travels and exploits. Following much thought, the KLM Mantra was purchased in 2022 and painstakingly rebuilt and updated to satisfy the new criteria, thereby rising once more as the Anne Bonny.
The crew of Anne Bonny, a team of very professional people with a shared history as descendants of the Bugis people—the indigenous sailors and shipbuilders of Indonesia—is a major component of her appeal. Driven by a strong connection to the sea and the honorable spirit of sailors, the crew gives every trip on the Anne Bonny Liveaboard Indonesia some real maritime experience.
