This longer trip will take you to famous places like Cape Kri, which has the most fish species in the world, Manta Sandy, where you can see amazing rays, and Blue Magic, where you can see beautiful coral walls. On the state-of-the-art Blue Manta, you can go on up to four dives a day. The ship has large bedrooms with private bathrooms, delicious food, and skilled instructors who know every inch of these seas. The trip lasts for 9 days, which means you’ll get to see both the exciting drifts of the Dampier Strait and the peaceful beauty of Wayag’s hidden bays. You’ll also have the chance to take pictures of wobbegong sharks, pygmy seahorses, and colorful coral ecosystems that you won’t find anywhere else.
The Blue Manta Liveaboard is for picky divers who want the best diving and service. It only holds 30 guests, so each one may get personal attention at every site. Experience: Open Water – 30 minimum logged dives required.
At 3 pm, our staff will meet you upon your arrival at Sorong Airport or a local hotel and transfer you to the awaiting vessel. Arrivals before midday are best so we can make a check dive at Red Light District (Lampu Merah) just outside Sorong before we get underway by 3 pm for an overnight sail.
Daram island area
Misool; Wayil area with its beautiful lagoon for boat tours and super dives.
Misool; Fiabacet & Boo area. Sail overnight to Central & North Raja Ampat.
Pianemu area; including the famous Melissa’s Garden and stunning View Point hike.
Manta ridge & Dampier Strait
Kri area; including Big Fish, Cape Kri, Sardine Run, & excellent night dive.
Misokon Island; including Blue Magic & Yellow Fever. Sail back to Usahamina pier, Sorong where you will spend your last night on board. Plenty of time to wash & dry equipment, rest & relax, and if necessary, make early flight arrangements for the trip departure day.
From 5 am to 12 pm: Check-out will take place after a light breakfast and farewells. You will then be transferred to a local hotel or the airport. From there, you can catch your pre-booked flight to Manado/ Makassar/ Jakarta/ Denpasar.
