Be a MemberWith a Cheng Ho Liveaboard Private Charter, you may go on an 8D7N private tour of Alor’s pristine underwater wilderness, which is one of Indonesia’s remaining diving frontiers. This private tour is for professional divers and underwater photographers who want to explore unspoiled reefs, dramatic walls, and pelagic encounters far away from the busy dive routes of more popular places. You and your company will have entire freedom to plan a custom itinerary around Alor’s most famous spots, from Kal’s Dream, where hammerheads go to school and currents are exciting, to Pura Island, where coral-capped peaks rise above the water, and Pantai Strait, where muck diving is popular. The famous Cheng Ho, with its huge deck space and traditional phinisi charm, becomes your private expedition base. A dedicated crew, private chef, and expert dive guides will work around your schedule to make sure you have the best conditions for both wide-angle and macro photography in this remote paradise.
An 8-day private charter is the right length of time for your group to properly experience Alor’s many marine habitats while still having the freedom that comes with private travel. With this longer itinerary, you can really get to know each location. For example, you can wait for the right light and currents at Cathedral Rock, plan numerous dives to see uncommon creatures like flasher wrasses and ghost pipefish, or add cultural visits to traditional Alorese communities on the spur of the moment. The Cheng Ho’s stable and roomy teak decks are perfect for setting up cameras, relaxing after diving, and chatting beneath the stars after days of exploring. If you’re a picky diver who wants privacy, adventure, and access to Indonesia’s most beautiful, pristine underwater environments, this is the best liveaboard experience for you. Ask today to plan your own Alorian trip on a real Indonesian maritime tale.
