This week-long trip on the beautiful traditional Phinisi schooner Lady Denok takes you right to the heart of the park’s most famous currentswept dive sites. The concentration is on quality and intensity, with many dives per day at famous places like Batu Bolong and Crystal Rock, where schools of trevally, reef sharks, and beautiful manta rays are abundant. This liveaboard trip to Komodo is great for experienced divers looking for strong currents and lots of pelagic life. The Lady Denok crew knows these waters well and will make sure you are comfortable and safe.
The Lady Denok 8D7N Komodo Island adventure provides a full Indonesian experience, including diving as the main event. The itinerary intelligently blends dramatic underwater exploration with stunning land excursions, including a hike on Rinca Island to see the Komodo dragons in their natural habitat. Evenings are spent beneath wide open skies full of stars, anchored in calm bays like Kalong, where thousands of flying foxes take off at nightfall. This trip shows that you don’t need to go on a long journey to get a feel for Komodo. This 8-day Komodo diving package is perfect for anyone who don’t have a lot of time but don’t want to give up quality. It combines the park’s best features into one amazing adventure that includes raw natural power, spectacular biodiversity, and cultural immersion.

Experience: Advanced Open Water – 30 minimum logged dives.
Marine Life: Bumphead parrot fish, bamboo sharks, marble rays, nudibranchs, dusky sharks, jawfish, bubble coral shrimps, leaf fish, porcelain crabs, pygmy seahorses, schools of barracudas, trevally, and mackerel, white tips, black tips, grey reef sharks, turtles, octopus, frogfish, manta rays, dugong, banded pipefishes, mandarin fishes, Wonderpus, Indian Walkman
Lady Denok crew will transfer the guests from Labuan Bajo Airport or Hotel to the ship. After a nice Welcome briefing by our Cruise Director, cabin allocation and ship orientation will take place – before embarking Labuan Bajo. Guests can familiarize themselves with the vessel, set up equipment and get comfortable.
We offer 3-4 dives daily, including a night dive if possible. When crossing only 2 dives a day can be scheduled.
The final day of diving with 1-2 scheduled dives – sailing towards Labuan Bajo.
After breakfast and check-out, we start preparing for disembarkation in Labuan Bajo. We say goodbye to our guests and wish them farewell! Lady Denok crew will organize the transfer to the airport and assist at check-in for onward flights.

The boat was really nice, and the staff was great. They did everything they could to make sure everyone was comfortable on the trip. They even arranged for us to travel to the airport a day early and sent a staff member to make sure we got there on time because our Lion Air flight was canceled.
