The island is known for its beautiful atolls and amazing underwater life. Here, you find pristine beaches with unique Karst islands that look like mushrooms sprouting out from the sea. We were late getting to the boat, but the personnel kept in touch the whole time and made us feel extremely welcome when we got there. Everyone was happy and nothing ever felt too hard. The boat is ancient and a little out of style, but it’s clean, comfy, and contains everything you need. The food was good, and everyone had enough to eat. There were a few problems with the Nitrox supply and some of the air conditioning units not working right, but they were fixed right away. The diving was great, and the guides were even better. I don’t know how they found all the cool stuff they showed us, including Wobbegong sharks, little nudi branches, and shrimp. The currents were severe at times, but the guides were there to aid you and keep you safe. The best part of the trip for me was when the giant Manta Ray (3–4 m) stayed in front of us at the cleaning station for at least 7 minutes. I can’t say enough good things about this trip.
