On the Seven Seas liveaboard 12D11N adventure, you may see Komodo’s famous dragons and Sumbawa’s gentle giants. See some of the best reefs in the world and have incredible experiences with whale sharks.

Take a one-of-a-kind Indonesian trip that combines the famous excitement of Komodo National Park with the secret aquatic treasures of Sumbawa on the Seven Seas liveaboard 12D11N Komodo Island & Sumbawa expedition. It runs flexibly between Labuan Bajo and Sumbawa. This well-planned trip gives divers the chance to see two very different and amazing areas in one trip. They will go from the famous current-swept reefs of Komodo to the clear bays of Sumbawa, where gentle giants gather. Start your trip in Komodo National Park, where you can dive at famous spots like Batu Bolong, Castle Rock, and Crystal Rock. The waters there are full of nutrients, which draw in schools of trevallies, reef sharks, and graceful manta rays against colourful coral walls. The Seven Seas liveaboard makes sure you visit these famous places at the best times for tides, giving you the heart-pounding pelagic action that has made Komodo a must-see for divers from all over the world.

As the expedition moves to the clear waters of Sumbawa, the underwater experience changes to one of peaceful awe and discovery. Whale sharks come to this area’s sheltered bays in the summer, where you may see them up close and personal in quiet, clear water distant from busy tourist areas. Sumbawa has more than just whale sharks. It has unspoiled coral reefs, spectacular underwater landscapes, and a real sense of frontier discovery for divers. The big 12-day time limit lets you fully explore both areas, including Komodo’s southern macro-rich bays where uncommon animals like hairy frogfish and colourful cuttlefish live, as well as land trips to visit the famous Komodo dragons. Night dives, seeing untouched reefs, and spending time alone in secluded anchorages are all part of this full trip. The Seven Seas liveaboard offers skilled guides, excellent accommodations, and a love of exploration that come together to create an amazing safari that perfectly combines the well-known with the unknown. This is ideal for divers looking for something genuinely unique in Indonesian waters.

This journey was better than I thought it would be. Amazing marine life, nice accomodation, and great food after every dive. What else could a diver want?
