The Seven Seas liveaboard 15D14N Forgotten Islands excursion takes you on an epic journey from Saumlaki to Tual, where you may dive into the genuine frontier of Indonesian diving. This trip is for the most daring divers who want to find unspoiled reefs, unusual marine species, and a deep sense of discovery. This long trip takes you through one of the most remote and least-explored areas on Earth. There, immaculate coral gardens, magnificent seamounts, and healthy pelagic fauna have thrived without human interference. The Forgotten Islands are a chain of small atolls and volcanic outcrops in the Banda Sea that are hard to get to. They have some of the healthiest and most diverse reefs in Indonesia, with huge gorgonian sea fans, schools of barracuda and bumphead parrotfish, and regular encounters with hammerhead sharks, dogtooth tuna, and majestic eagle rays. The Seven Seas liveaboard expertly navigates these hard yet rewarding waters, giving you access to a real undersea wilderness that you won’t find anywhere else.
The spacious 15-day period lets you fully and slowly explore this huge and wild area, with many dives at each site to see the area’s famous marine species as much as possible. The Forgotten Islands offer divers more than just the thrill of pelagic action. They also have amazing macro chances, such as uncommon critters like rhinopias, flamboyant cuttlefish, elegant ghost pipefish, and many kinds of nudibranchs that live on pure, unspoiled reefs. Night dives show a world of hunting octopus, sleeping parrotfish, and bioluminescent displays that make every night feel magical. Above the ocean, the feeling of being alone is strong. The horizons seem to go on forever, the islands are empty, and the stars are bright in the sky, away from any light pollution. On the Seven Seas liveaboard, this trip goes beyond a normal dive trip to become a real exploration of one of the last great underwater wildernesses on Earth. It’s a bucket-list trip for serious divers who want adventure, solitude, and the raw, untouched beauty of Indonesia’s forgotten frontier.

Great diving, great people, fantastic boat. I valued the great dive briefings and the environmental consciousness approach.
