I just got back from an awesome liveaboard trip across the Banda Sea and Raja Ampat. It was one of the nicest diving experiences I’ve ever been on! The dive locations were amazing. They had everything from beautiful pelagics like hammerheads and tuna to interesting macro life. Our dive teacher, Komang, was great. He took us to the greatest places and showed us hidden jewels that made each dive very memorable. The team was great—always cheerful, helpful, and eager to help, which made the whole thing go well and be fun. Our cabin on the main deck was big and clean, like a 4-star hotel. It had enough space for us to unwind after each day’s dives. We had fresh, tasty meals and some surprises between dives, including a surprise birthday party and a special gathering to mark one diver’s 1000th dive. These were also times when the whole group came together. I can’t recommend this experience enough if you’re thinking about a liveaboard in this area. This trip has it all: great service, wonderful dive places, and a comfortable, roomy, and clean boat.
